Your responsibility includes:

• Create, manage and deliver specifications for program improvements

• Convert specifications into system documentation and training material

• Create project timelines in accordance with product launches

• Manage development for new functions to align with product launches

• Maintain and enhance key internal business applications

• Recommend enhancements to systems to improve efficiency and deliver more value

• Work with users to provide training, solve problems and correct errors

• Support required for high level requirements, design, testing, training, monitoring

• Run User Acceptance Test (UAT) meetings with Business

• Prioritize business requirements, bugs, and feedback and ensure high level requirements are ready for IT development review

• Validate and review customer facing release notes

• Partner with training team to update user training documents and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents

• Help document current process and customer journey for new features
