XYLEM Water Solutions Romania is looking for a new colleague for the following position:
Service Technician
Key Responsibilities
Servicing, commissioning and maintenance of water and wastewater technology products (pumps, purifiers) of the company
Service activity of the M&C (monitoring and control) products of the company
Proper documentation of product commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities
Repairing, refurbishing preparing for installation
Technical support of the claims related to customer orders
On-site installation, repairs, maintenance, commissioning at the customer’s site
Continuous maintenance of the mobile workshop rules, compliance with all EHS regulations related to the work
Participation in ad-hoc projects
Participation in related technical trainings (in English, abroad)
Keeping in touch with partners
Other task requested by direct manager
Comply with Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct
Establish a positive & collaborative atmosphere in the company
Qualifications: Education, Experience
· Technician in electrician or mechanic
· 3+ years relevant working experience in
· Fluent in Romanian and min. intermediate level in English
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Willingness to travel (domestic and abroad a few times a year)
· Driving license
· MS Office user-level knowledge
· Experience in the field of pump industry, water and wastewater treatment is advantage
