Responsibilities:

• Incoming, in-process and final inspection for all types of products manufactured in Türkiye Facility

• Approve or reject raw materials/components with respect to quality standards

• Handling internal quality issues for all assembly lines in Türkiye facility.

• Supporting manufacturing in defining short-term corrective actions in case of non-conformities along the supply and manufacturing process.

• Create SOP related to production lines with reference to global standard operating procedures and actual work performed in Türkiye Facility

• Assist Carry out internal audit for management systems

• Monitor and manage the calibration process (internally and externally)

• EHS reporting with regards to near misses, improvements, and accidents (for accidents only to communicate not full reporting)

• Responsible for aspects of EHS over which they have control, including adherence to the organization’s procedures and policies.

• Participate in conducting risk assessment, chemical risk assessment and Environment impact and aspect assessment.

• Report all spillages, incidents and accidents of events that have the potential to have an impact on EHS.

• Spill Responder

• Assist in the spill cleanup and recovery operation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency on mechanical measurements (QC experience in an engineering environment – able to read drawings and take appropriate measurements with Metrology)

• Problem-solving attitude (Control, investigate, resolve, and report on Quality Complaints, internal and external)

• Attend Internal auditor or Lead auditor course for QMS / EHS / EMS

• Good computer skills

• Basic level of English language and communications

• Teamwork attitude.

• Knowledge on Risk assessment including chemical risk assessment, environmental aspect and impact assessment

• Trained First Aider

• Trained Fire Marshall

• Trained Spill Responder
