Position Summary:
Xylem is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to service our customers in the Kenilworth, NJ surrounding areas. The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner in the Kenilworth, NJ area. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

QUALIFICATIONS :
HS diploma or equivalent
Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
Clean driving record
Mechanical experience preferred
Water experience preferred
2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience

Salary range:
$51,500.00 - $82,500.00
