Job Summary:
The Entry Representative in Inside Sales is responsible for supporting the inside sales team by identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. They help in preparing sales presentations, maintaining customer databases, and providing administrative support to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Entry Representative plays a crucial role in helping the company expand its customer base and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Understand and address customer needs and preferences
Order Processing:
• Receive and process customer orders
• Verify accuracy of order information and pricing
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
Sales Support:
• Assist sales team with administrative tasks and follow up on leads
• Generate and send quotes to customers
• Track and report sales data and trends
• Collaborate with marketing team to support sales efforts
Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in database
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance
• Analyze data to identify potential sales opportunities
• Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Salary range:
$59,500.00 - $95,500.00
