About the role:

Quality Engineer support production teams in terms of quality issue, new projects and products. Preparing control plans, work instructions, quality alerts and carrying out audits. Performing the activities of the position in accordance with legal regulations. Being an example of Xylem's culture, representing the highest safety standards and actively participating in building a safe working environment.

• Create and monitor technical reports – control plans, control instructions, measurement reports, inspection plans.

• Cooperate in the fining quality problems and undertaking corrective and preventive actions

• Develop and implement specified quality concepts and actions to assure the stated quality standards for new developments

• Evaluate information on quality-relevant data and develop concepts for quality improvement

• Assuring the quality of processes and products in order to meet clients requirements

• Support and teamworking with internal and external departments

• Manage and continuously improve internal systems and procedures

• Keep order on the work area according to 5S standards

• Leading or participating in projects aimed achieving planed goals (KPI)

• Training for controllers and operators

• Coordinating work carried out by external contractors at the production site of Lowara Vogel Polska Sp z o.o.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a technical field

• Manufacturing background with proven experience in quality and process engineering environment (automotive industry nice to have)

• 3+ years of experience as quality engineer

• Knowledge of the standard quality methods and tools - APQP, PFMA, SPC, control plan, PPAP and requirements ISO 9001

• Very good communication in English

• Customer orientation

• Teamwork spirit
