The Global Solution Expert HR will be responsible to design and build E2E global processes and solutions for employee administration area to provide efficient, customer focused and simple solutions and services to Xylem employees.

In this new role, the Global Solution Expert HR will lead, project manage implementation of new solutions and continuous improvement activities within the area in scope.

The position will work closely with the Global Solution Owner HR Employee Administration, Workday Product Owner and People Operation teams, will support on preparing, designing, and scoping relevant topics for leadership and governance meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design and performance of relevant E2E processes in adherence to service levels & policies and procedures, update documentation​

  • Monitor and improve performance (KPIs) for relevant end-to-end global processes against operational targets and take action to resolve gaps (efficiency)​

  • Collect information on current and future external market trends and feed into CI initiatives, lead innovation, manage change requests​

  • Run continuous improvement cycles to challenge the status quo - identify and implement process improvement opportunities for relevant E2E process areas in close collaboration with People Operations, Str. HRBPs and COEs as relevant

  • Ensure efficiency gains can be materialized

  • Project manage global initiatives and more complex change requests

  • Content owner of Knowledge Articles in Workday Help​ for relevant area

  • Ensures adherence to global standards across sites​

  • Act as a SPOC, SME and escalation point for E2E global HR process / solution issues and questions, take ownership on long term resolution ​

  • Monitor upcoming Workday releases for the scope processes in collaboration with HR IS Product Owner, manage necessary actions and initiate approval from GSO

Qualifications: Education, Experience

  • University degree in human resources or related field

  • 8+ years relevant experience in shared services environment

  • Deep knowledge of HR employee administration

  • Experience with large ERP systems/cloud-based HR solutions, Workday is a plus

  • Hands-on experience on HR process and tools implementation

  • Global/regional HR project experience

  • Fluency in English
