About the role:

The main scope of PM is execute installation and rental projects in line with EHS and ethics standards, in line with budget.

  • Execute rental and installations projects

  • Truck all costs and revenues

  • Achieve budgets goals for rental and installations projects

  • Preparing all necessary documents

  • Define and keep all milestones for each project

  • Deliver all necessary information in a phase of preparation offer (subcontractors offers, products)

  • Deliver all necessary information to an accounting department – to prepare monthly estimations of costs, revenue and margin

  • Execute and promote all EHS and ethics rules

  • Keep EHS Xylem standards for subcontractors

  • Work with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, desires, concerns, satisfaction and expectations

  • Research current market trends in industry and effects on competition

  • Track the location of machines and coordinate the movement of machines to meet rental and sales needs

  • Prepare the contracts

  • Provide commercial information to customers, regional sales managers, and branches

  • Monitoring of the inventory of the entire machinery fleet, including: heavy machinery, compact equipment and accessories

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Project Managements

  • Knowledge and understanding of connections between all stockholders

  • Knowledge concerning Construction Law

  • Driving license

  • Experience in pumps

  • Customer oriented

  • Multitasking

  • Problem solving skills

  • Strong attention to details
